Anti-tax rally leads to contentious budget hearing
Nearly 50 people showed up in front of the Trousdale County courthouse last Tuesday night for a rally to protest a potential tax increase, and twice that attended the budget hearing that followed, in a standing-room-only meeting that lasted two and one-half hours.
