Editor’s Note: The following are suspects booked in the Trousdale County jail during the specified timeframe. All persons charged are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

March 25

Terrence Cornilus Hayes, 40, of Louisville, KY, was charged with probation violation by Deputy Dusty Cato. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for May 13.

March 26

William Wayne Eden, 52, of Scottsville, was charged with possession of stolen property, criminal trespass by Deputy Jake Ayers. Bond was set for $6,000 and General Sessions court date was set for April 12.

March 28

Brandy Nicole Colgate, 34, of Lebanon, was charged with abandonment/nonsupport of child by Deputy Travis Blair. Bond was set for $1,799.82 and General Sessions court date was set for April 11.

Jerry Allen Gunter Jr., 36, of Bethpage, was charged with mfg/del/sell controlled substance by DTF’s Brandon Gooch. Bond was set for $5,000 and General Sessions court date was set for May 13.

Teresa Elaine Gibbs, 47, of Hartsville, was charged with mfg/del/sell controlled substance by DTF’s Brandon Gooch. Bond was set for $10,000 and General Sessions court date was set for May 13.

Jorge Valencio Ruiz, 27, of Lafayette, was charged with DUI, leaving scene of accident, failure to give immediate notice of accident, driving on revoked license by Deputy Jesse Gentry. Bond was set for $22,000 and General Sessions court date was set for May 24.

March 29

Edward Xavier Ellington, 38, of Miami, FL, was charged with failure to appear by Deputy Kyle Presley. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for March 29.

Robert Lee Scott, 57, of Hartsville, was charged with failure to appear by Deputy Kyle Presley. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for March 29.

March 30

Trenton Allen Ervin, 21, of Hartsville, was charged with probation violation by Deputy Jeffrey Butcher. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for April 12.

March 31

Benjamen Timothy Carter, 23, of Hartsville, was charged with resisting arrest, evading arrest on foot by Deputy Wesley Taylor. No bond was set and no General Sessions court date was set at press time.

Michael Brian Byrn, 43, of Bethpage, was charged with domestic assault by Deputy James Pattie. Bond was set for $1,000 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.
