Editor’s Note: The following are suspects booked in the Trousdale County jail during the specified timeframe. All persons charged are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 25

Tyler Wayne Stafford, 27, of Red Boiling Springs, was charged with habitual offender-motor vehicle, evading arrest by motor vehicle, evading arrest on foot by Deputy Jake Ayers. Bond was set for $4,000 and General Sessions court date was set for April 12.

Jerri Lynn Rutherford, 35, of Hartsville, was charged with meth mfr/del/sell/poss, drug free school zone violation, simple possession/casual exchange, mfg/del/sell controlled substance, unlawful possession of weapon by DTF’s Brandon Gooch. Bond was set for $50,000 and General Sessions court date was set for May 13.

Chaz Daniel Rutherford, 36, of Hartsville, was charged with meth mfr/del/sell/poss, drug free school zone violation, simple possession/casual exchange, mfg/del/sell controlled substance, unlawful possession of weapon by DTF’s Brandon Gooch. Bond was set for $50,000 and General Sessions court date was set for May 13.

Jeffery Damont Allen, 39, of Hartsville, was charged with especially aggravated kidnapping by Deputy Jeffrey Butcher. Bond was set for $100,000 and General Sessions court date was set for May 13.

Feb. 27

Meagan Brianna Cowles, 23, of Bethpage, was charged with domestic assault by Deputy Jesse Gentry. Bond was set for $1,500 and General Sessions court dates was set for April 12.

Feb. 28

Paula Danielle Bush, 26, of Lafayette, was charged with failure to appear by Deputy Wesley Taylor. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for March 8.

Megan Deshae Scott, 30, of Carthage, was charged with worthless check by Deputy David Morgan. Bond was set for $1,500 and General Sessions court date was set for March 8.

Kale Tyler Satterfield, 25, of Hartsville, was charged with mfg/del/sell controlled substance by DTF’s Brandon Gooch. Bond was set for $25,000 and General Sessions court date was set for May 13.

March 1

Dewey Lee Owens, 66, of Portland, was charged with harassment by Deputy Jake Ayers. Bond was set for $2,500 and General Sessions court date was set for March 22.

Angela Marie Berry, 35, of Lebanon, was charged with probation violation by Deputy Joseph Presley. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for March 8.

March 2

Felix Leslie Schiavone, 19, of Hartsville, was charged with prohibited possession of handgun, possession of Schedule VI resale, criminal simulation, contributing to delinquency of minor by Deputy James Killmon. Bond was set for $4,000 and General Sessions court date was set for April 12.

Amanda Renee Edwards, 25, of Lebanon, was charged with simple possession, driving on suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia by Deputy James Killmon. Edwards was cited to court and General Sessions court date was set for March 22.

March 3

Blake Dalton Woodard, 35, of Hartsville, was charged with leaving scene of accident, failure to give immediate notice of accident by Deputy Joseph Presley. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for March 22.

Kelley Reene Maynard, 35, of Hartsville, was charged with domestic assault, resisting arrest by Deputy James Killmon. Bond was set for $6,000 and General Sessions court date was set for April 12.
