Editor’s Note: The following are suspects booked in the Trousdale County jail during the specified timeframe. All persons charged are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

April 22

Elizabeth Bastita Campbell, 34, of Lebanon, was charged with driving on revoked license by Deputy David Morgan. Campbell was released without bond and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

Melissa Jane Key, 45, of Hartsville, was charged with DUI, drivers license revoke/suspend/canceled by Deputy Jesse Gentry. Bond was set for $4,000 and General Sessions court date was set for June 28.

Katie Alexandra Silcox, 19, of Hartsville, was charged with criminal trespass by Deputy Jeffery Butcher. Bond was set for $1,500 and General Sessions court date was set for April 26.

Johnathan David Bray Jr., 19, of Castalian Springs, was charged with criminal trespass by Deputy James Killmon. Bond was set for $1,500 and General Sessions court date was set for April 26.

April 23

Dillon Maurice Burnley, 23, of Hartsville, was charged with evading arrest by Deputy James Killmon. Bond was set for $1,500 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

Melissa Shane East, 38, of Westmoreland, was charged with failure to appear by Deputy Jeffery Butcher. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for April 26.

April 24

David Keith Verzier, 57, of Pleasant Shade, was charged with prohibited weapon by THP Trooper Cothron. Bond was set for $2,500 and General Sessions court date was set for May 24.

Darrell Wayne Blair, 44, of Castalian Springs, was charged with prohibited weapon by THP Trooper Cothron. Bond was set for $2,500 and General Sessions court date was set for May 24.

Carlos Vasquez Kalet Seaborn, 27, of Hartsville, was charged with drivers license revoke/suspend/canceled by Deputy Wesley Taylor. Bond was set for $1,500 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

Juan Morales Ramirez, 29, of Gallatin, was charged with driving on suspended license, resisting arrest, possession of prohibited weapon, possession of meth by Deputy Clint Friar. Bond was set for $60,000 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

April 25

Payton Matthew Key, 22, of Hartsville, was charged with DUI by Deputy David Morgan. Bond was set for $4,000 and General Sessions court date was set for July 12.

Leslie Brooke Barksdale, 23, of Hartsville, was charged with public intoxication, aggravated assault by Deputy Wesley Taylor. Bond was set for $26,000 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

William Robert Barksdale, 18, of Hartsville, was charged with mfg/del/sell controlled substance by Deputy Wesley Taylor. Barksdale was released on his own recognizance and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

Stephen Kacee Phillips, 50, of Lebanon, was charged with probation violation by Deputy Travis Blair. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for May 13.

April 26

Regina Gail Carpenter, 50, of Lebanon, was charged with failure to appear by Deputy Joseph Presley. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for April 26.

Carla Annette Haynes, 54, of Hartsville, was charged with child abuse by Deputy James Killmon. Bond was set for $5,000 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

April 27

Michelle Renea Waits, 51, of Hartsville, was charged with aggravated domestic assault by Deputy Jeffery Butcher. Bond was set for $2,000 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

Michael Andrew Johnson Sr., 60, of Hartsville, was charged with domestic assault by Deputy Jeffery Butcher. Bond was set for $1,000 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

Matthew Layne Johnson, 35, of Hartsville, was charged with domestic assault by Deputy Jeffery Butcher. Bond was set for $1,500 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

April 28

Jeffery Ryan Davis, 34, of Hartsville, was charged with simple possession by Deputy Joseph Presley. Davis was released on his own recognizance and General Sessions court date was set for June 28.

Gary Wayne Massingille, 36, of Hartsville, was charged with public intoxication by Deputy Jake Ayers. Bond was set for $1,000 and General Sessions court date was set for June 14.

Patricia Ann Thornton, 43, of Maynardville, was charged with intro/poss contraband in penal institute, mg/del/sell controlled substance by Deputy Dusty Cato. Bond was set for $6,000 and General Sessions court date was set for July 12.
